He is survived by: his wife Becky Howard; his daughters, Niki Westenburg (Chad) of Amarillo, TX and Jalee Flippo (Devin) of Cypress, TX; his brother Joe Mike Howard of California; his grandchildren, Kyler, Kason, Elliette and Eila; his brother-in-law Brian Ward (Cathy); and his parents-in-law, Jeanne and Roger Wallace. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
