It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jayne Alice Riker of Amarillo, Texas, born in Lamesa, Texas, who passed away on October 7, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Jerome O'Rear; and her son Gregory O'Rear. She is survived by: her children, Allison O'Rear of Amarillo, Mark O'Rear (Lydia) of Amarillo and Jennifer Woolf (Sage) of Amarillo; her siblings, Joan Riker Wilkie (Jerry) of Amarillo and David Riker (Charlotte) of Denver City, TX; and her grandchildren, Peyton, Grady, Vivienne, Saylor, Oliver, Emma, Quincy, Jude and Andrew.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (1208 S Tyler St, Amarillo, TX 79101).
The family suggests memorials be made to First Baptist Church.
