She is survived by: her daughters, Crystal Polk (Don) of Amarillo and Tanya Bertelson of Lubbock; her grandchildren, Kelsey Polk, Kate Bertelson, Karm Polk and Emma Bertelson; and her nieces and nephews, Grayson Herring, Cary Herring, Dewayne Herring, Krista Mall and Cathy Herring Taylor.
