He was predeceased by: his parents, Minnie Whiteside and Joe Whiteside; and his siblings, James and Betty Sue. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Gum Whiteside; his sons, Jeremy (Mandy) and Chris (Amanda); his grandchildren, Mason, Xavier, Nathaniel and Abby; and his siblings, Jacqueline Lewis (Leonard) of Pine Bluff, AR, Lisa Johnson (Richard) of Balch Springs, TX, Joe-Lynn, Robert and Terry.
