He was predeceased by: his daughter Kari; and his father Tom. He is survived by: his wife Gerri; his children, Katy Marie and Caleb (Laci); his grandchildren, Reece, Maya, Anni and AJ; his brothers, Tim (Caroline) and Dan (Donna); and his close friend Bill Murdock of Wyoming. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
