He is survived by: his wife Bethany Fenton Rascoe; his son Michael Joe Rascoe of Amarillo, Texas; his grandchildren, Jeremy Michael Rascoe, Jessica Hudgens, Ashleigh Brumley, Kimberly Brumley, Haylee Potter and Katelyn Brumley; and his sister Barbara Ruth Davis of Burleson, Texas.. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
