With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joel Ray Davis in Amarillo, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 17, 2026 at the age of 96. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jewel Wayne Davis and Alma Orena Manasco Davis; and his wife Ruth Naomi Westmoreland. He is survived by: his children, Debbie Badeen (David) of Rogers, AR, David Davis (Neela) of Owasso and Penny Glover (John) of Amarillo, TX; his grandchildren, Michelle Wieneke, Ashley Cantrell, Jacob Davis, Seth Davis, Hannah Maddux, Chelsea Passarelli and Blake Glover; and his brother Don Davis (Vicky) of Stinnett, TX.. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
