He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth A. Krodel; his son John D. Krodel, Jr.; and his sister Margaret Alles. He is survived by: his children, Karen A. Harris of Houston, Texas and Stephen G. Krodel of Canyon, Texas; and his brother Michael W. Krodel of Ocala, Florida. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
