He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Tobar (Tim McCarthy) of Amarillo and Danny Kemp (Judith) of Leander; and his grandchildren, Marcos Tobar, Andru Kemp, Ramon Tobar, Jaquelyn Kemp, Benjamin Kemp, Vivian Kemp, Joe and Chico.
