He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Frank and Betty Jones Annen; his son Russell "Russ" Annen; and his brother Craig Annen. He is survived by: his wife Kay Scarlett; his sisters, Linda Peters, Tammy Knowles and Candice Fuller; and his sister-in-law Janie Annen. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, and their children.
