He is survived by: his wife Liz; his daughters, Erin Bunkley and Jamie Shouse; his stepdaughters, Heather Baker, Amy Wolfe and Jennifer Akerman; his grandchildren, Tom, Avery, Claire, Joseph, Katie, Madison, Jordan, Nathan, Sam, Kyle, Chase and Alex; and his sister Doris Sparks. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Westminster Presbyterian Church.
