He is survived by: his siblings, Lesa Rush (Roy Blackwood) of Springdale, Arkansas and Joe Rush (Shyla) of Pampa; his stepson Sean Edwards; his nieces, Cheyenne Rush, Rebecca Coffey (Seth) and Kristina Brown; his nephew Jory Nall; his great-nephews, Jaden Rush and Eli Middlebrook; Kathy Edwards of Amarillo.
