He is survived by: his siblings, Billy Welch (Doris) and Tanya Crain; his wife Martha Welch; his children, Da'Shaun, RayShaun, Torrey Welch, Ashley and Trina Welch; and his grandchildren, Keishaun, Zariyaah, Royal, Dashtyn, Raheem and Ransym Welch. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
