It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Anne McIntire of Amarillo, Texas, born in Mobeetie, Texas, who passed away on July 29, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Hooker and Pauline Hooker (Johnson); her husband Jack McIntire; and her sister Mearlene Hooker Scott. She is survived by: her sisters, Sue Harrison (Gene) of Mobeetie, Inez Moore of Mobeetie, Ellen Moore of Tucson, AZ and Peggy Shelton of Perryton. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great nephews and friends.
The family suggest memorial donations to the Mobeetie Cemetery Association c/o of Happy State Bank of Mobeetie or a favorite charity.
