Juan Manuel Quintero Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Juan Manuel Quintero of Amarillo, Texas, who passed away on December 6, 2025 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel G. Quintero and Olivia Lucero Palacio; and his daughter Monica Quintero. He is survived by: his wife Judy Quintero; his daughters, Yvette Diaz (Ryan), Christina Quintero, Veronica Jalomo (JJ) and Leticia Groen (Mark); his sisters, Susie Zepeda, Margie Quintero (Pat Mestas), Joann Curiel and Rosa Zuniga (Bert); and his pets, Rusty and Lala. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
A rosary was held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors (2800 Paramount Blvd, Amarillo, TX 79109). A Mass was held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church (1210 SE 11th Ave, Amarillo, TX 79102).
