She was predeceased by: her husband Horace Grady Lackey, Jr.; her parents, Jake Whitten Fields and Jewell Ellen Fields (Bolling); her siblings, John Fields and Gracye Stuckey; and her granddaughters, Sarah Muramoto and Rebecca Lackey.

She is survived by: her children, Trey (Diane Lackey), Jay (Pam Lackey), Linda (James Chaddick), Kay (Gary Muramoto), Janice (John Powell) and Laura (Patrick Richardson). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; and 33 great grandchildren.
