He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard Wormsbaker and Irene Wormsbaker; his spouse Jan Wormsbaker; his children, Shawna Thompson (Kyle), Shannon Wormsbaker (Jeni), Shayne Wormsbaker (Angie) and Shayla Scott (Codie); and his brother-in-law Tom Potts (Linda Potts). He was also cherished by 12 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren with one on the way, four nephews and one niece.
