He was predeceased by: his parents, David Lowe and Josephine Lowe; and his siblings, Kathleen Anderson, Ilene Grey, Norman, Cyril and Reginald.
He is survived by: his wife Michelle Lowe; his daughters, Charmaine and Tanya Drake; his son-in-law Antonio Drake (Lashelle); his stepdaughters, Amber Morse and Mahogany Tyler; his sons, Sean Owens, Ian and Solomon Lowe; his siblings, Lorna Williams, Dr. Henry Lowe (Janet), Dr. Herbert Lowe (Venus) and Oscar (Megon); and his sister-in-law Tamara (Mel Cornelius).
