He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Wampler and Helen Wampler; and his siblings, Lena, Wilbur, Betty and Jeanne.
He is survived by: his wife Belva Irene; his daughters, LaDonna Tunnell and Arlena Jonas; his grandchildren, Tricia Tunnell, Jack Tunnell and MaKailey Jonas; his great grandchildren, Carson McSwain and Conley McSwain; and his extended family, Mitch, Kim Carry, Scott, Ashley and Andi.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church (6900 Hillside Rd, Amarillo, TX 79109).
