He was predeceased by: his daughter Sandy Chantharaj. He is survived by: his wife Noumek Phangnivong Thipsipasom; and his children, Sing Keomoungkhoune, Oumaly Bounsing (Teang) of Amarillo, TX, Thip Thipsipasom (Mori) of Dallas, TX and Bee Thipsipasom (Manosay) of Murfreesboro, TN. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
