She was predeceased by: her husband David Leyba; and her father Leon Kirkpatrick. She is survived by: her sons, Beau "Jace" Leyba (Kayla) of Hamilton and Tyson Leyba (Ashley); her granddaughter Lorelei of Amarillo, Texas; her mother Pamela (Donald Baker) of Borger, Texas; her siblings, Karri Jones, David Kirkpatrick, Jason Baker and Sabrina Pena; and her brother-in-law Paul Leyba. She is also survived by many other cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made in Kristi's name to Amarillo Housing First at 207 N. Tyler St., Amarillo, TX 79107.
