He was predeceased by: his father Larry Don Gregory; and his son James Ray. He is survived by: his mother Jackie Gregory (Horner); his siblings, Justin Gregory and Paula Wolf; his uncle Dr. Jim Horner (Larry Prater); his nieces and nephews, Zoe Gregory, Naomi Battie, Shelby Bailey and Joel Battie; and his great-nephew Michael (Mikey). He is also survived by three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
