She is survived by: her former husbands, Melvin Perkins and Vernon Nolan; her sister Virginia Fowler; her child Adrian Cleveland (Tina); her grandson Donovan Perkins of Lubbock Texas; her great grandchild Erika "Nikki" Perkins-Romaine (Charles); Brandi Perkins. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
