He is survived by: his wife April Carter; his daughter Reva Carter; his grandchild Jocelyn Carter of Amarillo; his daughter-in-law Bailey; his grandchildren-in-law, Dean, June and Sage of Melissa, Texas; his brother Tim Carter (Rose) of Amarillo; and his nephew David Carter (Dale) of Chetopa. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews, friends.
