She was predeceased by: her parents, Jeff Willoughby and Ivy Willoughby (Wilson); her daughter Sheral Strecker; and her brothers, Carl and Elton Willoughby.
She is survived by: her daughter Laurie O'Neal (Danny O'Neal) of Amarillo; her grandson Richard O'Neal (McKinnon Roberts O'Neal); her great grandchildren, Anderson, Montgomery and McCartney of Albuquerque, NM; her granddaughter Allison Stallings (Brady Stallings); her great grandchild Blair of Colleyville, TX; and her siblings, Jeff Willoughby, Gerald Willoughby and Dorothy of Oklahoma.
A memorial service was held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Stephen Methodist Church (4600 S Western St, Amarillo, TX 79109).
