We are sad to announce that, on December 31, 2022, at the age of 93, Melba Tate of Amarillo, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Doyce Smalley and Jewell Smalley; her husband Kenneth Tate; her brother Joe Smalley of Lubbock; and her children, Mike Tate (Tess) of Garland, TX, Gayla Nelson (John) of Bella Vista, AR and Thresa Atkins (James) of Amarillo. She was also cherished by Five grandchildren, nine great grand children and 4 great-great children.
