He is survived by: his children, Melvin Lowe Jr. (Melissa), Matt Lowe (Courtney), Brittney Lowe (Jesse) of Amarillo and Ashlei Reid of Amarillo; his brother Jerry Lowe (Rajina) of Holdenville, Oklahoma; and his grandchildren, Isaac, Mila, Lillian, Emma, Carolina, Matt, Brenexx, Lakien, Tayghan and Kase. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.
