He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlsie Tolliver and Seldon McIntosh Sr.; his brother Dwayne McIntosh; and his pet Murphy. He is survived by: his wife Valerie McIntosh of Amarillo, TX; his brother Seldon Jr. of Amarillo, TX; his sons, Timothy McIntosh (Jullia) of Panhandle, TX, Sean McIntosh (Amanda) of Amarillo, TX, Matthew McIntosh (Macayla) of Amarillo, TX and Connor McIntosh (Elise) of Amarillo, TX; and his grandchildren, Cooper, Hunter, Ayden, Abigail, Jackson, Theodora, Madison and Cecily.
