He is survived by: his parents, Albert Medina and Rachel Flores; his grandmother Helen Flores; his siblings, Albert, Alyssa, Sophia and Sean Medina; his sister-in-law Britni Medina; his cousin Xavier Maestas; his close friend Matthew Martinez; and his nieces, Adelynn Medina, Jaelyn Daosavanh, Arianna Velasquez and Jalila Quashie.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations can be made to Boxwell Brothers to assist the family with Michaels funeral service.
