She is survived by: her significant other Duran Guzman; her children, Kristin Martin (Sebastian), Jadyn Guzman (Louis), Kaleb Martin (Avery), Jarrett Martin, Laydon McCullough (Destiny), Chasen Guzman and Nathan Guzman; her sister Kandi Summers (Kevin); and her grandchildren, Rylan, Romilly, Elias and Ezariel. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and cherished friends.
