He is survived by: his wife Betty Craig; his children, Kevin Phillips (Kim) and Kimberly Parnell (Ryan); his brother Darryl Phillips (Leay); and his grandchildren, Conner Phillips (Molly Fluhman), Bryson Parnell, Cayden Phillips and Bentley Parnell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
