He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Howard Wilson and Lois Theola Payne Neeb; his wife Lou Neeb of Amarillo, TX; his children, Amy Norman (Blake) of Midlothian, TX, Andrew Neeb (Leska) of Amarillo, TX and Robert Neeb (Natalie) of Helotes, TX; his grandchildren, Greg Norman, Carson Norman, Abby Neeb, Cora Neeb, Ella Neeb, John Neeb, Jazz Neeb and J. R. Neeb; and his siblings-in-law, Cheryl Neeb of Lubbock, TX, Anita Hittle of Ruidoso, NM and Robert Bloomingdale of Banning, CA. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
