Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Noel for his warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. While he will be deeply missed, the influence he had on the lives around him remains. He is survived by: his mother Stephanie Bustos; his siblings, Abraham Tarango and Zoe Tarango; his father Ricardo Garcia (Paige); his stepsiblings, Jenice and Sariah; and his grandparents, Abel Bustos Sr., Flora Bustos, Galdino Garcia and Lourdes Diaz Garcia. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
A memorial service was held on Monday, July 6th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Lighthouse Funeral Home (3707 Wolflin Ave. 79102).
Through the gift of organ donation, he will give others the opportunity for life, healing, and hope.
