It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Lee Carruth of Amarillo, Texas, born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on June 3, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny Durrett and Geraldine Durrett; her spouse Paige Carruth; and her sons, Joe Carruth and Tom Carruth.

She is survived by: her children, Alan (Barbara) of Flower Mound, Jerri (Paul Thomas) of Amarillo and Melissa Carruth of Amarillo; and her grandchildren, Stephanie Carruth of Lewisville, Alicia Basmajian (Steve) of Dallas, Logan Thomas of Amarillo, Deidre Schlabs (Stefan) of Chattanooga and Cortnie Buchel (Josh) of Chicago. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces & nephews.
