Norma (Lockney) Welch Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kelley and Nancy "Peat" Kelley; her spouse J. A. Welch; and her siblings-in-law, Virginia "Punk" McWilliams (Bob) and John B. Pigg.

She is survived by: her daughter Connie Pritchett (Steve) of Amarillo; and her siblings-in-law, Delores Pigg of Quitaque and Dennis Hartsell (Nancy) of Red River. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and many cousins.
