He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Mosier and Hazel Mosier; his sister Jaunita McBride (Archie); his brother-in-law Jerry Dark; and his mother-in-law Evelyn Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Janette Dark; his sons, Rodney Mosier (Sandy) of Amarillo, TX, Randy Mosier (Amy) of El Paso, TX and Rick Mosier (Robbi) of Hoover, AL; his grandchildren, Tiffany, Robin, Sarah, Erin, Brittany, Brett and Michael; and his great grandchildren, Lucas, Natalie and Nathaniel. He is also survived by his family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Owen's name to the American Heart Association.
