He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Edwin and Anna Helen McCullough (Halek); and his siblings, Donald Ray and Norma Jean Killian of Plano, Texas.. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia; his sons, Clayton Ralph (Tami) and J. Donald (Renell); his grandchildren, Missy Dossey (Craig), Dr. Cassie Gerlach (Nick), Lindsay Kingsley (Kelby), Jesse McCullough, Paige Ott (BJ), Quinton Forrester and Ethan Forrester (Jamie); and his great grandchildren, Brooklynn, Cydnee, Caleb, Landon Dossey, Reagan, Sebastian, Mary Gemma, Desi, Bernadette Gerlach, McKenzie, Konner Kingsley, Skylar, Rogan Paddy McCullough, Roxie of Ouiser, J. L., Dottie James Ott, Lir and Calder Forrester.
