She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Phoenix Carter and Agnes Pauline Hunter Carter; her husband Doug; her daughter Cheryl Robertson; and her siblings, Marion Lee Carter (Chick), Billy T. Carter, Betty Jane Carter, Rita Joyce Carter, Paul Hunter Carter, John Arthur Carter and Melvin Mack Carter (Mickey).
She is survived by: her daughter Susan Casper (Don) of Amarillo; her grandchildren, Berkley Robertson of Amarillo, Cole Casper of Melbourne and Carter Casper of Carrollton; and her pet Bryn. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked for memorials to be made to Oasis Southwest Baptist Church.
