She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Lile and Vada Lile; and her husband Joe Sherron. She is survived by: her brothers, Bob Lile (Cheryl) and Larry Lile (Donna); her daughters, Misty Long (Corky) and Melody McKnight; her grandchildren, Erin McKnight (Janet), Corey Long and Kelli McKnight; and her great grandchildren, Addi, Colton Long and Kamryn McKnight.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Memorial Park Funeral Home (6969 E Interstate 40 Hwy, Amarillo, TX 79118). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 2:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to High Plains Children's Home in her memory.
