It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Edward Hensley of Amarillo, Texas, who passed away on January 9, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Louise Raymond; his father-in-law Bill; his father Jack Raymond Hensley; and his brother Jack Hensley (Connie). He is survived by: his wife Sandy Hensley; his sister Donna Gies (Jim) of Lincoln, Nebraska; and his sons, Rex Hensley (Christy), Jack Hensley (Carrie) and Scott Hensley (Madeline) of Amarillo, TX. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
