Raymond Lee Getman Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on January 8, 2021, at the age of 85, Raymond Lee Getman of Amarillo, Texas passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Raymond Lee Getman to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence L. Getman and Leah Gladys Crawford; his wife Loujean Russell; and his siblings, Leahdell Reynolds, Donald, Frank and Earl Getman.

He is survived by: his brothers, Harlan Getman and Clarence Robert Getman (CR) of Dumas; his sons, Gary (Nguyet Ly) of Houston, Russell Dean (Shelia) of Clarkesville, GA and Ray (Carrie) of Amarillo; his sisters-in-law, Martie Smith of Sherwood, OR and Betty Russell of Las Cruces, NM; and his grandchildren, Tyson (Kelli) of Strafford, MO, Terrah (Preston Titterington) of Dallas, Audrey (Zack Garrison) of Ft. Worth and Rachel of Dallas. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.

Due to Covid-19 concerns, a joint memorial service will be scheduled at a later date in celebration of both Raymond and Loujean's love and life.
