She was predeceased by: her parents, Emory Earl Fisher and Alpha Belle Evans; and her husbands, Ralph Black and James Bailey. She is survived by: her daughters, Vickie Merrill (Tim Merrill), Valarie Olson (Joel Olson) and Regina OQuin; her granddaughter Jennifer Merrill Vinyard (Justin Kite); her great grandchildren, Philip Vinyard III, Ashlyn Vinyard, Ava Merrill, Sydney Vinyard and Gavin Merrill; and her grandson Justin Merrill. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be sent to Samaritan's Purse.
