He was predeceased by: his parents, O. J. Weaver and Ethel May Weaver. He is survived by: his wife Helen Hix; his sister Doris McKee of Sulphur Springs; and his children, Rhonda Matthews of Springfield, Judy Nunn of Amarillo, Tim Weaver of Amarillo and Rod Weaver of Amarillo.
