Richard Higley Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Higley of Amarillo, Texas, born in Shawnee, Oklahoma, who passed away on November 1, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Floyd Higley and Kathryn Higley; his wife Jean Higley; and his children, Chuck Higley (Jennifer) of Mt. Vernon, IL, Jeff Higley (Jessica) of Amarillo and Kerri Harper (Tim) of Plainview. He was also cherished by six grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
