He was predeceased by: his parents, Donna McMurphy Parker and Francis Parker; his siblings, Billy Parker and Kay Parker; and his parents-in-law, Olan Vinson and Juanita Dunn Vinson.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Parker of Amarillo; and his children, Cynthia Cordova (Alfred Cordova), Barbara Rolland, Scott Parker (Natasha Conover) and Raymond Stepp (Cara Stepp). He is also survived by grandchildren, extended family members, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation or to the charity of one's choice.
