She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Reed and Dorothy Reed; and her nephews, Michael Moreno, Jamie Moreno and Dan Clayton.
She is survived by: her brother Harold Reed Jr. (Connie Nieves); her children, Rita R. Eakes, Mark Eakes and Kimberly Eakes (William Brewer); her grandchildren, Brittany Clark (Casey), Nick Eakes (Alex) and Markki Marinez (Gabe); her great grandchildren, Michael Contreras, Haiden Young, Gabbi Marinez and Porter Eakes; her nieces, Lori Haxton (Joe), Lois Moreno (Dennis Hart) and Christina Robertson; her nephew Scott Winkleman (Jill); and her cousins, Julie Weishar (Joe), Lenny Birdsong and Karen Nielsen.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rowley Funeral Home (4180 Canyon Dr, Amarillo, TX 79109). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
