He is survived by: his sons, Brad Arthurs (Phyllis) of Louisville and Gary Arthurs (Patty) of Dothan, Alabama.; his goddaughter Lisa Nunemaker; his friends, John and Sandy Walker; Kevin. He is also survived by three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
