With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ron L. Smith of Amarillo, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 1, 2025 at the age of 69. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ron L. Smith to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Ed Smith and Mary Clark Smith; and his brother Eddy Smith. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Smith of Amarillo; his daughters, Keisha Dawson (Brennin) of Amarillo, Shea Berner (Brian Tinder) of Flagstaff and Brynn Beasley (Chance) of Amarillo; and his grandchildren, Brox Dawson, Keagon Dawson, Taylor Beasley, Jordyn Beasley, Nora Tinder, Charlize Tinder and Aliza Tinder.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Amarillo Area Corvette Club, (P.O. Box 2201 Amarillo, TX 79105) which supports Our Children's Blessing and the Palo Duro High School ROTC program.
