She was predeceased by: her parents, Aldric LeBlanc and Eula LeBlanc; her husband Bobby "Gene" Tipton; her granddaughter Nikki Lynn Lape; her brothers, Dennis LeBlanc and Wendell LeBlanc; and her brother-in-law Dalon Perkins.

She is survived by: her children, Carolynn Tipton, Robert Tipton (Amy), Shanna Tipton Green (Dusty) and Bobby Tipton (Quinn); and her sister Sharon Perkins. She is also survived by five grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and two great- great grandchildren and nine nieces and one nephew.

Sandra loved her work at Hope Choice so lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hope Choice of Amarillo.
