She is survived by: her husband James Hart; her son Shawn Hawkins (Marivell) of Amarillo; her stepchildren, Joshua Hart and Charlie Hart of Amarillo; her brothers, John Lewis of Amarillo and Bill Lewis of Aardvark, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Seth Carruth, Alexandria Smith, Dustin Carruth, Samantha Smith, Benjamin Smith, Victoria Hart and Brittney Shirley; and her great grandchildren, Lanna Hawkins, Liberty West, Lachlan Leevers Jr., Lazaro Rioz and Marleigh Gonzales.
